• Website maintenance and support

For custom projects, the following terms apply:

• Proposals: All projects begin with a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, and pricing.
• Acceptance: Work commences upon written acceptance of the proposal and receipt of any required deposit.
• Changes: Changes to project scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
• Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by client-side factors.

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 30-50%) is required before project commencement.
• Milestones: For larger projects, payments may be structured around milestones.
• Final Payment: Final payment is due upon project completion, before final files and access are transferred.
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other agreed-upon methods.

• Each project phase includes a specified number of revision rounds (detailed in the proposal).
• Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.
• Client approval is required to proceed between project phases.
• Failure to provide feedback within 14 days may be considered approval to proceed.

We warrant that:

• Our work will be performed professionally and to industry standards
• Delivered work will substantially conform to agreed specifications
• We have the right to provide the services offered

We do not warrant:

• Specific business results, traffic, or revenue outcomes
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites
• Compatibility with all browsers, devices, or third-party services
• That our services will meet all your requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not responsible for losses due to third-party services, hosting providers, or factors beyond our control.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their own data and content.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any information marked as confidential. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the website's operation
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the site without our consent

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:
